Can I speak directly with a lawyer about my matter?
Yes. You can discuss your situation directly with a lawyer. We first identify what needs attention and what information is needed for a proper review. If we agree to work together, we confirm the scope of work and your main point of contact.
Can I begin while I am outside Turkey?
You can contact us from abroad. An initial discussion and document review can often take place remotely. We will explain whether later steps require your presence in Turkey or can be handled through a power of attorney, depending on the matter.
What should I include in my first message?
Tell us briefly what happened or what you plan to do, where you are and any important dates. If you have received a decision or notice, mention when it was delivered. We will tell you which documents are needed and how to share them.
I have received a decision with a deadline. What should I do?
Contact us promptly with the type of decision, the date it was delivered and the deadline shown. We can then assess whether we are able to assist. Sending an enquiry does not mean that we have accepted responsibility for the deadline; we will confirm that expressly if we take the matter on.
How are the work and legal fees agreed?
We discuss the proposed work and the basis of our fees before it begins. Where relevant, we also explain likely separate costs such as translation, notary or court charges. You can decide whether to proceed once the scope and terms are clear.
Which languages can I use to contact you?
You can contact us in Turkish, English, Persian, Arabic, Russian or Chinese. If an official procedure needs a certified translation or an interpreter, we will discuss that separately.
